About Nozomi

Nozomi is the result of Nuria Morell and José Miguel Herrera's passion for Japanese culture and cuisine. In January 2015, they decided to embark on their most personal and intimate project.

For many years, they have travelled to Japan every year without fail in order to continue their training and development in Japanese cuisine.

With a pure and simple culinary offering, Nozomi brings a ‘piece’ of Kyoto to the city of Valencia, offering its diners an authentic Japanese experience.

In Japanese, Nozomi means “the illusion of a dream come true”.
